Dave Britt, Co-Founder
Dave heads our product development and support operations. Success for Dave is sitting back at the end of the day with an ice-cold beer, as the sun sets over the horizon, knowing that his customers’ networks are humming along to the sweet tune of success. He also attempts, on occasion, to persuade his Under 7’s soccer team that there is never such a thing as a 50/50 ball.		  
Steve Urquhart, Co-Founder 
Steve takes care of new business development and strategic accounts. He enjoys a pre-dawn ocean swim, a Sharks’ win, and having another satisfied client remark on how much they value doing business with someone who respects them. His aim is to make your job easier and less stressful, by delivering cutting edge network technology more quickly and simply than anyone else.  
 
Kelly Randle, Account and Finance Manager
Kelly keeps our office in perfect (Virgo) order! Kelly joined us after running her own boutique visual communications company for 11 years. Her influences and inspiration come from her late parents, friends and beautiful baby boy Wil. In her spare time, she enjoys championing the English language, learning German, good food, exercising and supporting rugby league. Kelly tunes into early David Bowie, enjoys watching Spicks ‘n Specks and also Rockwiz – rock on Kelly!  
 
Edmong Yosiardi is our chief software engineer.
Ed is originally from Bali, and moved to Sydney in 1999 to pursue a degree in Software Engineering from UNSW. Ed fine tuned his R&D skills as a Programmer in GPS Software for a few years before joining nMetrics. He works closely with the nMetrics IT department researching and developing new software and code, ensuring our products are always at the cutting edge of technology. When Ed isn't hacking away at code, he spends his free-time playing marathon Dungeons and Dragons tournaments with his mates - some of which last up to 12 hours - fueled by a diet of chocolate, coca-cola and ice-cream! Luckily, his love of travel to new and interesting places restores a bit of health and fresh air to his life (see photo of Ed and Friends hiking in New Zealand).
Simon Chen takes care of technical support.
Simon's not short on technical expertise and is here to help you with all of your support issues, no matter how small. When Simon's not guarding the home front at nMetrics, he can be found on centre court with his teammates, playing a quick game of basketball. The photo below of Simon may look intimidating, but it's all a bluff! He is really helpful and genuinely wants to solve any of your technical issues, so feel free to call Simon on +612 8338 1988 for any of your support needs. Really.
Katherine Craig, Marketing Manager
Katherine takes care of marketing strategy and implementation and looks after our channel partners. Her background includes managing global marketing teams for IT software and services firms in Sydney and New York. When not at work, she can be found at the beach, eating out with friends, or running along the beautiful Sydney harbor foreshore. Despite being a self-confessed city girl, Katherine loves going home to New Zealand where her parents breed alpacas and run a bed and breakfast farm stay on the Kapiti Coast.
